SINDYAN is a limited-harvest Lebanese oak forest honey gathered among the wild oak woodlands and mountain botanicals of the Batroun highlands.

Deep amber in colour, with a velvety texture and distinctive woody character, it offers balanced sweetness and a lingering mountain finish.

Labneh, aged cheese, yogurt, warm bread, fruit—or enjoy it directly from the spoon.
